Now let me clarify and tell you all my stance because y’all have these titty attacks faster than radical terrorists screaming allahu akbar and blowing the fuck up. I do not and I’ll spell it in caps if it’s easier for you libtards, DO NOT CONDONE THE ACTIONS OF FAT SHAMING.
That ain’t cool especially if that over weight individual is actually trying to change their life style by eating healthy and exercising. More power to them and we should support them for their efforts cause it ain’t easy. I can relate because at one point in my life I weighed 250 pounds which is a lot for a dude that is around 5’10. I felt the effects of being that heavy on my knees and heart. The fact that I got winded going up a flight of stair really showed me that I needed to make a drastic change or I wasn’t going to have a happy life. Being that heavy sucks major dick. You can’t wear clothes with out stretching them out and consistently tugging on them so people wont see the outline of your gut.
I decided to make a change and after 4 months of hard work (dieting and exercising), I went from 250 pounds to 215 pounds, and I felt incredible. It has been 3 years since that life altering journey where I currently weigh 200 pounds, but have also learned how to lift weights properly and maintain my weight. It is possible. The reason I bring this up is because you have certain individuals who believe that being 300 plus pounds doesn’t automatically mean you are unhealthy. But when you have a body fat % over 30 then no you aren’t healthy at all, you are morbidly obese. Being that big has a lot of health risk to it like heart disease, which can ultimately end up killing you, but you have idiots who shame doctors and skinny people for having opinions and facts that being obese is bad for you.
Oh grow the fuck up.
I am all for body acceptance, but when you shame professionals who have more knowledge on the subject that your Doritos stuffing ass does, then please hush the fuck up because blogs (except Crappy Thoughts obviously) and tumblr aren’t legit sites to gather information. They are sites riddled with people who can’t accept the fact that they are overweight, so they hide behind a screen and shit on doctors.
Yes I get it exercise sucks and it is hard to find the time, but think of it as a long term goal. You have the chance to live a longer and happier life. I’m sure that is worth changing your diet up. Don’t be afraid to go to the gym, people will not judge you at all, we all start somewhere and if you put in enough time and effort, you will see results.
Trust me it is possible. Set up realistic goals like trying to lose 5 pounds in a month, because what ends up happening is that people who do try and lose weight will set up a goal like losing 20 pounds in a week, which is practically impossible for anyone, realize it’s impossible, and ultimately end up canceling their membership thinking that it was to hard to lose weight. Anything is possible. Change starts with you.
Don’t be a dumbass. Being fat is not good. Yes, some people may look good when fat, but think about the stress it puts on your system. Keep yourself healthy. Don’t be a stupid fat fuckant and believe all the lies. Change starts with you.
